A nice vintage Japanese-made Jedson hollowbody electric guitar, dating from circa 1960s.
A cool vintage fully hollow electric made in Japan for the Western market, likely in the same factory as Teisco/Guyatone models (it's structurally identical to a Teisco model EP-8T). In excellent condition for its age and appears to be all original, save for missing its tremolo arm.
Specs:
- 2x foil-plated Jedson single coil pickups
- Maple neck
- Thinline ply bound body
- Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays
- Red factory finish
Condition:
Excellent condition for a guitar of its age, free of breaks, repairs or any significant wear. Some minor marks and signs of playing wear from 60+ years of play, but ultimately well looked after. Frets in good condition with plenty of life left in them and the guitar is playing nicely with a comfortable low action.
Modifications/repairs:
None.
Accessories:
None.

Ollie's Guitars is an independent Nottingham-based business run solely by myself - Ollie. All guitars receive a basic shop setup, including the action being set comfortably, a fresh set of strings and all electronics / pots cleaned (unless otherwise specified). I would recommend having any guitar setup to your preferences following delivery to suit your preferred playing style and string gauge, etc.
