A very cool Fender ST-62 '62 Stratocaster reissue, made in Japan (1995-96).
From what I consider a great period of Japanese Fender manufacture, the ST-62 is in essence a faithful '62 Stratocaster reissue, crafted to the highest standards.
This example is somewhat player-grade, though is largely original and free of breaks. The previous owner changed the hardware from its original white, to black. This makes for a great SRV vibe and complements the guitar well.
Pretty heavily used, with a fair amount of wear to the body - though I feel this patina contributes to the general vintage feel of this nice, older Strat. It features a lovely Sunburst and a beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard, typical of the period.
